Intermittent PPK Processing failures due to third party provider instability
Resolved - Between 1:00PM PST on 12/09 and 1:00AM PST on 12/11 (21:00 UTC on 12/09 and 09:00 UTC on 12/11), some users may have had PPK map processing failures due to an outage with our third-party PPK processing partner. All failed maps are being queued for reprocessing. Please allow several hours for the backlog to clear. No action by the user is needed.

Monitoring - Our third-party PPK provider has reported that the service is functioning again and we are seeing successfully processed PPK maps. Our Engineering team will continue to monitor to ensure stability. All impacted maps will be reprocessed throughout the day today. We appreciate your patience.

Dock Drones not writing flight logs
Resolved - On Sunday, November 30th, between 4:00pm and 8:40pm PST (12/01/2025 00:00 and 4:40 UTC), some users may have noted that flight logs were not uploaded to Dock Drones. The issue was corrected and flight log data captured during that window is being backfilled. Please allow a few hours for that data backfill to complete.
