Resolved - Between 1:00PM PST on 12/09 and 1:00AM PST on 12/11 (21:00 UTC on 12/09 and 09:00 UTC on 12/11), some users may have had PPK map processing failures due to an outage with our third-party PPK processing partner. All failed maps are being queued for reprocessing. Please allow several hours for the backlog to clear. No action by the user is needed.
