Between 6:30AM and 4:30PM Pacific Time (14:30 and 00:00 UTC), emails sent to DroneDeploy Support may not have been received due to an outage with our third-party ticketing system provider. This issue has been fully resolved and emails sent throughout the day are backfilling into our inbox. We appreciate your understanding.

Investigating

Due to an outage with out third-party provider, DroneDeploy Support is currently unable to receive inbound email. Customers on the Individual license tier and above can contact Support via live chat from inside the DroneDeploy web or flight apps. Enterprise customers may also call the Enterprise Phone Support line to reach the team. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
