Login via Procore and Autodesk not working on web app
Resolved - Between April 16 and 17, some users may have experienced an issue logging in to DroneDeploy's web app via Procore or Autodesk. Engineering has resolved the underlying issue and login via these methods are now working as expected.

Investigating - Some users may be experiencing an issue where attempting to log in to DroneDeploy's web app via Procore or Autodesk results in a blank, white screen. The current workaround is to request a password reset on the username and password login flow and log in directly. Engineering is investigating the issue.

DroneDeploy Support unable to receive inbound email
Resolved - Between 6:30AM and 4:30PM Pacific Time (14:30 and 00:00 UTC), emails sent to DroneDeploy Support may not have been received due to an outage with our third-party ticketing system provider. This issue has been fully resolved and emails sent throughout the day are backfilling into our inbox. We appreciate your understanding.

Investigating - Due to an outage with out third-party provider, DroneDeploy Support is currently unable to receive inbound email. Customers on the Individual license tier and above can contact Support via live chat from inside the DroneDeploy web or flight apps. Enterprise customers may also call the Enterprise Phone Support line to reach the team. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
