Unresolved incident: Safety AI Delayed Processing.

Between Wednesday, Feb. 4, 10:38 AM PST and Friday, Feb. 6,11:15 AM PST (Feb. 04, 18:38 - Feb. 06, 19:15 UTC), when users uploaded multiple standard photos at once, only one photo per level/project was saved, and the rest of the photos in that batch did not reach our servers. The issue has been resolved by our engineering team, and new uploads are now working normally.

A fix has been implemented to ensure a complete refresh of all Enterprise Analytics dashboard data. Please allow several hours for the dashboard to fully refresh.
