Intermittent PPK Processing failures due to third party provider instability

On Tuesday, Oct. 20th, between 3:00AM and 8:00PM PDT (10:00 - 03:00 UTC), some users may have had PPK map processing failures due to an outage with our third-party PPK processing partner. All failed maps are being queued for reprocessing. Please allow several hours for the backlog to clear. No action by the user is needed.

Some users may see failures on maps processed with PPK due to an outage from our third-party PPK processor. We are in contact with them, and the issue is being addressed. Once functionality is restored, all failed maps will be reprocessed.
