Between 9:15AM and 10:30AM Pacific Time (16:15 and 17:30 UTC) some users may have been unable to access DroneDeploy on web and mobile, due to an outage with one of our service providers. Our Engineering team implemented a patch to restore service and continued to monitor stability until the service provider issue was confirmed resolved. We expect no further impact.
