Between 2025-09-25 1:00 PM PDT and 2025-09-28 9:00 AM PDT, some users may have had PPK map processing failures due to an outage with our third-party PPK processing partner. All failed maps are being queued for reprocessing. Please allow several hours for the backlog to clear. No action by the user is needed.

Investigating

Some users may see failures on maps processed with PPK due to an outage from our third-party PPK processor. We are in contact with them, and the issue is being addressed. Once functionality is restored, all failed maps will be reprocessed.
