Between 04:30 on July 19 and 00:05 on July 20 (9:30 PM on July 18 and 5:05 PM on July 19), maps processed using PPK did not include location corrections due to an issue with a third-party provider. All PPK maps are now processing correctly and all PPK maps processed during the impact period have been submitted for reprocessing. Please allow 24 hours for these maps to complete. If you have any concerns about impacted maps, please contact our Support team.

For flights conducted after 04:30 UTC on Friday, July 19 (9:30 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, July 18) please note that processing will not include PPK corrections due to an issue with a third-party provider. Engineering is in contact with the provider and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. PPK data uploaded during the impact window will be automatically reprocessed once functionality is restored.
